How Can You Serve?
By: Martha Eleftheriou
One of my favorite quotes is: “You can assess someone’s character by how one treats someone who can do nothing for them.”
But, what is true service? And how can you get inspired to serve?

Listen to Your Heart
By Martha Eleftheriou
We’ve all been there- the feeling that there’s something just not right about how we feel around someone. This could be someone we have known for many years or someone we have just met, but there’s a feeling somewhere in our guts and hearts that makes us feel uncomfortable whenever we are around this person. For many years I ignored this feeling and listened to my head instead of my heart.

4 Ways to Grow in Self-Love
By Martha Eleftheriou
As I sit here reflecting on 2016 and all the lessons I have gained for myself personally and professionally, I want to share one of my biggest life lessons I've experienced this last year: that is the lesson of self love. I believe we are here on this planet to do two things: primarily learn to love the divine souls we really are and, secondly, find our purpose/gift and share it with the world. Here's the thing, you cannot get to #2 if you don't have #1 down pat! Lack of self love keeps us stuck in negative patterns that sabotage our relationship with our Self.

You Are Enough!
By Martha Eleftheriou
When was the last time you sat down and told yourself “Good job! You did the best you can! You are enough?”
For most of us, telling ourselves these words is rare or never... Unfortunately, many of us go to bed at night not feeling fulfilled and feeling like we haven’t done enough! I’d like to offer you 3 strategies to cultivate a feeling of being enough!

Say Yes!
I stopped for a moment and questioned myself. Why was I saying no? Why was I choosing not to go when this is a place we all enjoy going to? My answer was simply convenience. ..... When I realized my saying no was just because it would take more effort for me to actually go, than not to go, I changed my mind and I said yes! I decided I wanted to have this experience at the art gallery with my family. So I called my sister back and said YES!

Forget Bedtime (Once In A While)
I’m not saying I’m going to now forget about her bedtime and let her stay up late on a nightly basis, but I’ve learned that once in a while, yes, even on a school night, we parents could just forget about the clock and fully immerse ourselves in the beauty, fun and joy of the present, albeit, stretched-out moment.
How to Make Your Dream Come True! - Part Two: The Two Key Elements
Self-limiting beliefs are the biggest way we prevent our dreams from coming true. The biggest self-limiting belief that blocks abundance is the feeling of unworthiness which is tied to feeling un-loved. In order to really allow your dreams and desires to manifest themselves in your life, you must believe with every fiber of your being that you are worthy of this dream...

Angels Among Us
On that morning, I was reminded that angels walk among us. I was also reminded that what I did as a parent, even when I felt stressed or overwhelmed would not be in vain, and that I would be remembered-not only for the things I did or didn’t do for them, but more importantly for the unconditional love my children feel from me.
How Mindfulness Is Making Me A Better Parent
Since becoming a parent, I’ve learned the beautiful and necessary practice of mindfulness, which simply means, being present and fully “here” in the now.
A few months ago, I felt it happening to me...
What I Learned From Becoming a Parent
What I learned from becoming a parent is mindfulness. Before I became a parent, I would ponder over this word and try my best to be as mindful as possible but it seemed like an elusive dream just beyond my reach.
