Serenity Sessions are on phone, online course, or in person sessions with author, life coach, Mindfulness Expert, and founder of MindfulnessMothers.com, Jeannine Proulx, that include a half hour Guided Mindful Moment on a topic of your choice filled with positive, inspirational, uplifting messages that bring some serenity and balance back to your day. The second half we can discuss your feelings on the messages, issues you might be having in life that you need a little clarity on, or anything else that arises!
